Solutions for your Pipe Repair Needs

TRENCHLESS INSPECTIONS AND REPAIR

Trenchless Repair

Pipe Burst

This process of physically pulling a new pipe into the place of the old pipe requires an access pit to be dug at the beginning and end of the repair. A cable is then pulled through the pipe and connected to a hydraulic lift. The new pipe is connected to a bursting head. As the hydraulic lift pulls the bursting head through the pipe, the old pipe is split and forced open to allow the new pipe to be pulled through until it reaches the pit at the end of repair.

  • Pipe bursting allows you to replace the old pipe with a larger size pipe if it is needed.

  • Pipe bursting cannot be used if you have lateral connections in the section of pipe you are repairing.

Epoxy Coating

This application allows us to rehabilitate the existing pipe and restore its internal integrity. The line is first descaled and cleaned. We then pump in epoxy and brush it onto the pipes surface with our equipment. Once the epoxy cures we inspect with the camera.

  • Coating is a useful repair process when you have multiple lateral connections. With this process there is no need to cut reinstatements.

  • Coating is not a structural repair, rather it is a pipe renewal repair.

CIPP Lining

Cured in Place Pipe (CIPP) Lining is a structural repair which can typically be performed through a single access into the plumbing system. In this process the liner is wet out with resin and through an inversion process, the liner is installed into the host pipe. Once installed, the liner is inflated and cured. We then cut reinstatements for laterals as needed and inspect with a camera.

  • Lining can be used in pipes with majo breaks and gaps.

  • This is our most common repair process.

UV Lining & Patch

This method has revolutionized the repair process. Instead of a repair taking up to 6 hours to cure, we can now have the liner installed and cured in under an hour. The UV liner comes to us wet and ready to install. Once cut to the desired length it is simply placed on the inflatable bladder and pulled or pushed into place. The bladder is inflated and once UV light is cut on, the liner is cured in minutes.

  • UV liners are mostly used in short length repairs and patches.

Line Inspection & Jetting

We have the equipment to thoroughly clean, de-scale and inspect pipes ranging from 1 1/2" to 8". With our cameras, we can inspect the pipe to determine the most effective repair for the customers budget and needs. A copy of the video can be given to the customer while we are on site.

Residential, Commercial & Industrial Applications

Our lining process is cost effective for all scopes of plumbing. Whether it is saving a homeowner the cost of demo and construction repairs, or a commercial and industrial customer the cost of shut down and lost profits, our goal is to give our customer the most cost effective and reliable option.
